Our Quality policy covers the following departments :
- The flight Operations, including the Training department (TRTO),
- The Ground Operations,
- Maintenance,
- Administration.

| ACTORS AND MEANS OF THE QUALITY SYSTEM |

The Quality system follows four axes :
- Immediate and curative action : e.g. : analysis, follow-up and corrections to bring after technical or operational incidents, using one of the means of the « Return of information» system.
- Preventive action : through the Quality Assurance Programme which includes quality controls and audits programmes, Accidents Prevention and Flight Safety programmes as well as Training programmes.
- Follow-up through management control data and Quality inspections allowing each department head to follow the evolution of the performances.
- Quality Group : it is composed of the stakeholders. It aims at coordinating the Quality actions between the several services in order to maintain a coherent and efficient organization.

The Quality system policy and organization are defined in the QUALITY MANUAL and available in each service management of the Company. |
| The Quality Procedure Book defines the methods of work applicable for the whole Company and the detailed Quality Organization (Quality Assurance programme, Flight Safety programme, Management control data planning, auditor list, audit procedures, etc…). |
The Quality System is constantly evolving and follows the political evolution, axes and development of the Company.
